Currently all donations go towards the process and materials needed for the beach passes, mailing supplies, postage and website updates. At this moment we would like to simply safeguard our right of way, but, in the future we may need to have access to a legal fund should the property be sold again. Weekapaug Terrace does not own the land, so improvements would have to be considered in concert with the current owners; Beach Drive Beach, Inc. We encourage dialogue to this end.
